The P.A.P.A. Chandrasekara Scholarship valued at Rs. 25,000/- will be awarded to four students, one from each of the following subjects: Pali, Buddhist Philosophy, Buddhist Culture, and Buddhist Psychology. Eligible students must be following a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree in these subjects (in either Sinhala or English medium) and must have achieved a minimum GPA of 3.7 in their first-year final examinations.

Additionally, the P.A.P.A. Chandrasekara Scholarship valued at Rs. 25,000/- will also be awarded to four students, one from each of the above-mentioned subjects, who are pursuing a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree and have achieved a minimum GPA of 3.7.

Furthermore, students who obtain First Class honours with the highest GPA in the above subjects while pursuing a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree will each be awarded the P.A.P.A. Chandrasekara Scholarship (Rs. 25,000/-) and the P.A.P.A. Chandrasekara Gold Medal.

Two students with special needs, who have achieved the highest GPA in at least one subject under the Department of Pali and Buddhist Studies in their first-year final examinations, will each be awarded the P.A.P.A. Chandrasekara Scholarship valued at Rs. 25,000/-.

Additionally, the P.A.P.A. Chandrasekara Scholarship valued at Rs. 100,000/- will be awarded once a year to one Probationary Lecturer or Unconfirmed Lecturer involved in postgraduate research under the Department of Pali and Buddhist Studies.

In years where there are multiple eligible probationary or unconfirmed lecturers, priority will be given to probationary lecturers. In the absence of a probationary lecturer, the opportunity will be given to an unconfirmed lecturer. If there are multiple eligible candidates in a given year, the scholarship amount will be equally divided, with priority still given to probationary lecturers.

A probationary or unconfirmed lecturer is eligible to apply only once for this scholarship.

පාලි හා බෞද්ධ අධ්‍යයන අංශයේ පශ්චාද් උපාධි පර්යේෂණ කටයුතුවල නිරතවන ආධුනික (Probationary) කථිකාචාර්‍ය්‍යවරයෙකුට හෝ සේවය තහවුරු නොකළ (Unconfirmed) කථිකාචාර්‍ය්‍යවරයෙකුට හෝ  රුපියල් ලක්ෂයක (රු. 100,000/=) මූල්‍යමය වටිනාකමකින් යුත් පී.ඒ.පී.ඒ. චන්‍ද්‍රසේකර ශිෂ්‍යත්‍වය වසරකට එක් වරක් පමණක් ප්‍රදානය කෙරේ. එක් වසරක දී එවැනි සුදුසුකම් සහිත ආධුනික හෝ සේවය තහවුරු නොකළ කථිකාචාර්යවරුන් කිහිප දෙනෙකු සිටින අවස්ථාවකදී ආධුනික (Probationary) කථිකාචාර්යවරයා සඳහා ප්‍රමුඛතාවය හිමිවේ. ආධුනික කථිකාචාර්යවරයෙකු නොසිටි අවස්ථාක දී සේවය තහවුරු නොකළ කථිකාචාර්යවරයෙකුට අවස්ථාව හිමිවේ. එක් වසරක දී එවැනි ආධුනික හෝ සේවය තහවුරු නොකළ කථිකාචාර්‍ය්‍යවරුන් කිහිපදෙනෙකු සිටී නම් ශිෂ්‍යත්ව මුදල සමසේ බෙදා දෙනු ලැබේ. එහිදී ද ආධුනික කථිකාචාර්යවරුන්ට ප්‍රමුඛතාවය හිමිවේ.

ආධුනික හෝ සේවය තහවුරු නොකළ කථිකාචාර්යවරයෙකුට මෙම ශිෂ්‍යත්වය සඳහා ඉල්ලුම් කළ හැක්කේ එක්වරක් පමණකි.

A postgraduate candidate who has registered for the Master's Degree Program in Buddhist Studies at the University of Kelaniya and has obtained the highest marks in the first-year final examination, along with maintaining an attendance rate of 80% or above for lectures, will be awarded the P.P. Jayawardhana Scholarship worth ten thousand rupees (Rs. 10,000/=).

කැලණිය විශ්වවිද්‍යාලයේ බෞද්ධ අධ්‍යයන ශාස්ත්‍රපති උපාධි පාඨමාලාව සඳහා ලියාපදිංචි වී ප්‍රථම වර්ෂාවසාන පරීක්‍ෂණයෙන්  වැඩිම ලකුණු ලබාගැනීම සහ දේශන සඳහා පැමිණීමේ ප්‍රතිශතය 80% සම්පූර්ණ කොට ඇති පශ්චාද් උපාධි අපේක්‍ෂකයෙකු තෝරා රුපියල් දසදහසක (රු. 10,000/=)  වටිනාකමින් යුත් පී. පී. ජයවර්ධන ශිෂ්‍යත්වය ප්‍රදානය කෙරේ. 

The Lini Dissanayake Award is presented based on a recommendation made to the University Grants Commission. Accordingly, three female students who have studied the subjects of Buddhist Philosophy, Buddhist Culture, and Buddhist Psychology and have achieved the highest Grade Point Average (GPA) at the end of the first year are selected to receive this award. The monetary value of this award is determined by the University Grants Commission.

ලිනි දිසානායක ත්‍යාගය විශ්වවිද්‍යාල ප්‍රතිපාදන කොමිෂන් සභාවට කරන ලද නිර්දේශය මත පිරිනැමේ. ඒ අනුව බෞද්ධ දර්ශනය, බෞද්ධ සංස්කෘතිය හා බෞද්ධ මනෝවිද්‍යාව යන විෂයයන් හදාරා ප්‍රථම වර්ෂාවසානයේ දී ඉහළ ම විෂය ශ්‍රේණිගත අගය (GPA) ලබාගන්නා විද්‍යාර්ථී ශිෂ්‍යාවන් තිදෙනෙකු තෝරා ඔවුන් වෙත මෙම ත්‍යාගය පිරිනැමීමට නිර්දේශ කෙරේ. මෙම ත්‍යාගය පිළිබඳ මූල්‍යමය වටිනාකම විශ්වවිද්‍යාල ප්‍රතිපාදන කොමිෂන් සභාව විසින් තීරණය කෙරේ. 

The Most Venerable Sik Yin Sing Thero Award, valued at twenty thousand rupees (Rs. 20,000/=), is presented at the beginning of the first academic year of the Bachelor of Arts Honours Degree Program to a student who has selected Buddhist Culture as a subject in the Department of Pali and Buddhist Studies, obtained the highest Grade Point Average (GPA) in the year-end examination for that subject during the first year of study, and has been selected for the Honours Degree Program in that same subject.

The Most Venerable Panditha Mudukotuwe Sri Ñāṇārāma Nayaka Thero Award, valued at twenty thousand rupees (Rs. 20,000), is awarded to a student of the Department of Pali and Buddhist Studies who has pursued the Bachelor of Arts Honours Degree in Buddhist Philosophy and has achieved either a First Class or Second Class Upper Division pass.

Professor Most Venerable Kakkapalliya Anuruddha Nayaka Thero Award, valued at twenty-five thousand rupees (Rs. 25,000), is awarded to a student of the Department of Pali and Buddhist Studies who has pursued the Bachelor of Arts Honours Degree in Pali and has achieved either a First Class or Second Class Upper Division pass.

පාලි හා බෞද්ධ අධ්‍යයන අංශයේ පාලි විෂය ශාස්ත්‍රවේදී ගෞරව උපාධිය සඳහා හදාරා පළමු පෙළ (First Class) හෝ දෙවන පෙළ (ඉහළ) (Second Class Upper Division)  සාමර්ථ්‍යයක් ලබන විද්‍යාර්ථියෙකුට රුපියල් විසිපන්දහසක (රු. 25,000) වටිනාකමින් යුත් මහාචාර්‍ය්‍ය, පූජ්‍ය කාක්කපල්ලියේ අනුරුද්ධ නායක ස්වාමීන්‍ද්‍ර ත්‍යාගය ප්‍රදානය කෙරේ. 

Hevanpola Sri Ratanasara Thero and Wellawatte Ananda Thero Scholarship, valued at twenty thousand rupees (Rs. 20,000/=), is awarded at the beginning of the first academic year of the Bachelor of Arts Honours Degree Program to a student of the Department of Pali and Buddhist Studies who has obtained a minimum GPA of 3.7 in both Pali and Buddhist Philosophy subjects in the first-year final examination, and who has been selected for the Honours Degree Program in one of those two subjects.

පාලි හා බෞද්ධ අධ්‍යයන අංශයේ පාලි හා බෞද්ධ දර්ශනය යන විෂයයන් දෙකට ම ගෞරව ශාස්ත්‍රවේදී ප්‍රථම වර්ෂාවසාන පරීක්‍ෂණයෙදී විෂය ශ්‍රේණිගත අගය (GPA) අවම වශයෙන් 3.7 ක් ලබා එම විෂයයන් අතරින් එකක්  ශාස්ත්‍රවේදී ගෞරව උපාධි පාඨමාලාව සඳහා තෝරාගන්නා විද්‍යාර්ථියෙකුට රුපියල් විසිදහසක (රු. 20000/=)  වටිනාකමින් යුත් හැවැන්පොළ ශ්‍රී රතනසාර නාහිමි සහ වැල්ලවත්තේ ආනන්‍ද නාහිමි ශිෂ්‍යත්වය ශාස්ත්‍රවේදී ගෞරව උපාධි පළමු අධ්‍යයන වර්ෂය ආරම්භයේදී ප්‍රදානය කෙරේ. 

Professor W. S. Karunaratne Scholarship is awarded to a student of the Department of Pali and Buddhist Studies who has pursued the Bachelor of Arts Degree in Buddhist Philosophy and has obtained the highest Grade Point Average (GPA) in the third-year examination. This scholarship fund is maintained under the General Treasury Department, and the amount awarded each year is determined based on the annual interest balance of the scholarship fund. The university is responsible for selecting the eligible student and forwarding the nomination to the General Treasury Department for the award to be granted.

පාලි හා බෞද්ධ අධ්‍යයන අංශයේ බෞද්ධ දර්ශනය විෂය ශාස්ත්‍රවේදී උපාධිය සඳහා හදාරා තෙවන වසර පරීක්‍ෂණයේ දී ඉහළ ම විෂය ශ්‍රේණිගත අගය (GPA) ලබාගන්නා විද්‍යාර්ථියෙකු සඳහා මෙම ශිෂ්‍යත්වය පිරිනැමේ. මෙම ශිෂ්‍යත්ව අරමුදල මහාභාරකාර දෙපාර්තමේන්තුව යටතේ පවතින අතර, ඒ ඒ වර්ෂයන්හි දී ශිෂ්‍යත්ව අරමුදලේ වාර්ෂික පොලී ශේෂය අනුව ශිෂ්‍යත්වය සඳහා පිරිනමන මුදල තීරණය කෙරේ. ශිෂ්‍යත්වය පිරිනැමීම සඳහා අදාළ විද්‍යාර්ථියා තෝරා මහාභාරකාර දෙපාර්තමේන්තුවට යොමු කිරීම විශ්වවිද්‍යාලය මඟින් සිදු කළ යුතු ය. 

Aggamahapandita, Dr. Most Venerable Walpola Piyananda Thero Scholarship is awarded to the student who obtains the highest marks for the final year independent research dissertation, submitted as part of the Bachelor of Arts Honours Degree Program in one of the following subjects: Pali, Buddhist Philosophy, Buddhist Culture, or Buddhist Psychology.

පාලි, බෞද්ධ දර්ශනය, බෞද්ධ සංස්කෘතිය හා බෞද්ධ මනෝවිද්‍යාව යන විෂයයන් ශාස්ත්‍රවේදී ගෞරව උපාධිය සඳහා හදාරා අවසන් වසර සම්පාදනය කළයුතු ස්වාධීන පර්යේෂණ නිබන්ධනය සඳහා ඉහළම ලකුණු ලබාගන්නා විද්‍යාර්ථියාට පිරිනැමේ. 

Nandé Amare Pali Tribute Scholarship is awarded to three selected female students who are studying the elective course unit offered in the second semester of the first year of the Bachelor of Arts Honours Degree Program.
